Our Facilities
Operating from three modern workshops in Riverstone, NSW, we maintain over 4,600m² of advanced manufacturing space:
71 Melbourne Road – Stainless Steel Facility
An 800m² dedicated facility for stainless steel fabrication, equipped with two overhead cranes for efficient material handling.
21 Loftus Street – Structural Steelwork & Carbon Steel Piping Facility
Our largest workshop at 2,300m² features two fabrication bays serviced by four overhead cranes, providing the capacity to handle substantial structural projects.
76 Melbourne Road – Processing Facility
A 1,500m² facility dedicated to material processing, equipped with two overhead cranes for seamless workflow integration.
Advanced Manufacturing Equipment
Our extensive machinery capabilities include:
- Laser cutting machine with 2D and 3D cutting capability (up to 25mm mild steel, 12mm stainless steel)
- CNC saw for precision cutting
- Metal lathe machine for detailed machining work
- Hydraulic ironworker for punching, notching, and shearing
- Hydraulic press for bending and forming operations

We run 2 shifts, 6 days a week (day and night) to maximise our output and help reach your critical deadlines.

Traceability & Testing
We provide complete traceability and offer an extensive range of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services to verify the integrity of all work performed.
Documentation & Compliance
Full QA documentation is provided to all clients, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), welder qualifications, welding procedures, material test certificates, and warranties.
Precision Welding
Our expert welders execute all work in strict accordance with project standards and specifications, ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance.
